EVERY PASSAGE DESERVES MEANING

At Warner Rites & Passages, I believe life’s meaningful moments deserve care, thoughtful words, and witness—not only weddings, but also farewells, fresh beginnings, milestones, and the seasons when a steady presence matters most.

I create and officiate personal, inclusive ceremonies throughout North Carolina, including weddings, unions, handfasting’s, vow renewals, funerals, memorials, celebrations of life, graveside services, welcoming ceremonies, family ceremonies, and other meaningful rites of passage.

Your ceremony may be secular, spiritual, nature-centered, pagan-friendly, religious when requested, or completely free of religious language. Nothing is forced or assumed. We begin with your story, your values, and what feels honest to you.

Whatever brings you here, you deserve to feel seen, honored, and supported.

OFFICIANT, CEREMONIALIST & FOUNDER

I’m Keri Warner, the founder and ceremonial officiant behind Warner Rites & Passages.

This work grew from my love of people, stories, meaningful ritual, public service, and being present when life becomes beautiful, complicated, painful—or all three at once.

My approach is calm, compassionate, and down-to-earth, with just enough humor to help people breathe when the moment feels heavy. I take time to listen, understand what matters, and create something that feels genuine rather than borrowed from a one-size-fits-all script.

I also bring training in fire and EMS chaplaincy and critical incident stress management to my supportive-presence work. This support is non-clinical and centered on listening, dignity, practical care, and helping people connect with appropriate resources when needed.

You do not need to belong to a particular faith, have the perfect words, or fit a traditional mold to be welcomed here.

Inclusive. Personal. Authentically yours.
